Yankee Stadium, Out with the Old, In With the New, a Baseball Fan’s First Game Experience.

Updated: Feb 18, 2022

On this week’s episode, we’ll be providing you a quick history lesson of both the old and new Yankee stadium which includes highlights dating back to the “Bambino” himself Babe Ruth right up to present day. We will then share with you highlights from the first game held at the new stadium which was played on April 16, 2009, against the Cleveland Indians. And finally, we’ll tell you about our experience from first visit to Yankee Stadium in April 2018 in a game against the Baltimore Orioles. That game included Home Run #58 for Yankees rookie phenom Aaron Judge which incidentally made Judge the faster player in MLB history to reach 58 homeruns.

So, keep it right here, this is going to be fun – on History and Relics.
