Amelia Earhart and Early Women Aviators Connection to Cleveland

Nearly everyone knows or has heard of Amelia Earhart, the aviation pioneer who was the first female to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. Well on today’s episode we’re going to share with you Amelia’s and other early women aviator’s connection to Cleveland, Ohio. This includes the inaugural National Women’s Air Derby and the start of the Ninety-Nine’s Club, both in 1929.
