Original 1942 ARMY WWII Photo Battery C 10th Anti-Aircraft Training Battalion
Original 12x20 Photo with All Soldiers Names
 
This is a very rare find. This is an original 12x20 photograph of Battery C, 10th Anti-Aircraft Training Battalion of the United States Army taken in July 1942 at Fort Eustis, Virginia by the Post Studio also from Fort Eustis, Virginia. If my calculations are correct, there are 235 men within 12 rows here. Most importantly and the best attribute this photo has is all of the name of the men shown here. You do not see the names of the men mentioned or shown very often. This is a rare treasure and certainly can be used to fulfill a family tree, conduct genealogy research, military research, etc. This is a resource by itself. In fact, I found that Commander and 1st Lt. John L. Wolcott is named, along with others in  his family on the WWII Honor Roll in Bethlehem, New Hampshire. 
 
This photo measured approximately 12x20 and is on thick stock. The condition is good or better overall in my opinion. Most importantly, it's all there and intact. There is heavy creasing throughout and what appears to be folds are heavier creases. Thus, I would not say this was folded as the crease lines do not give way to being folded. Fortunately, there are no holes or tears apparent to the eye. Again, I think such has been prevented here by the thickness of the paper/card stock used for the photograph. This would look beautiful fully framed and matted.
